Mike Hufler is the Executive Chef for Jim ‘N Nick’s Bar-B-Q, a southern barbecue chain dedicated to preserving traditional Southern favorites, while adding their own flair by preparing dishes from scratch using high quality, fresh ingredients. A graduate of the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, Hufler has served in various culinary leadership roles throughout his career, including Senior Director of R&D for Applebee’s International, Senior VP of R&D for Shoney’s Inc, as well as Corporate Chef for Ted’s Montana Grill, before joining the Jim ‘N Nick’s family in 2018. As Executive Chef, he manages the company’s menu development and procurement for more than 40 Jim ‘N Nick’s restaurants across seven states.
