Adé is a Chef and storyteller who specializes in Neo-West African cuisine. She is the owner of Dounou, a food truck serving Beninese street food and founder/owner of iLéWA Foods, an innovative CPG Brand that is creating economic opportunity and empowering women producers in West Africa. She is also co-chef of “Wa Mi Dounou”, a dining experience that explores the connections between Bénin and the Carolinas with Chef Gerald Hawkins Jr of Wilmington.
