Smasheville food truck is a from scratch food truck based out of Asheville NC. We use local ,seasonal & sustainable products. The Smashie truck is led by Executive Chef Kevin Ogren classically trained from the Cordon Blue Institute in Mpls MN. He has cooked with some of the best talented chefs in Minnesota,Georgia,Florida & Guetemala. Kevin really dials in recipes before the specials hit the publics palets. Sous Chef JT Noah honed his skill sets in on the North Shore of lake superior working at a variety of establsihments doing banquets and chef tables. Smasheville has been able to craft some of the best amercian food you can enjoy in the Blue Ridge Mountains.
