Our mock meats are made in house & cold smoked for 5 hrs with our signature blend of Georgia Hickory, Maple, and Cherry wood. Our bread’s made every morning and delivered. Side dishes made using market fresh vegetables, grains, fruits and nuts. Our Roasted Allium Mac N’ Cheese is nut free and soy free. Each one of our signature BBQ sauces; Alabama White, Creole Mustard Gold, and Vidalia Onion; are slow simmered for hours to intensify the flavor.
