Highlands Food & Wine expects cooperation from all participants to help ensure a professional, respectful, welcoming, and safe environment for all participants. 

Weather Policy

The Event will operate rain or shine. If the Event is cancelled for any reason, as determined by Highlands Food & Wine in its sole and absolute discretion, Highlands Food & Wine may reschedule the Event for a future date or offer a credit for a future Highlands Food & Wine or affiliated Events.

Your information may be used to inform you of important account updates and offers suited to your needs. HFI and its affiliates and subsidiaries may also share such information for you to receive notices of offers and services from companies involved with or related to the Event.

Right to Use Your Name, Voice, Image and Likeness

Highlands Food & Wine and its parent, affiliates, and licensees, (collectively “HFI”) may be filming and photographing at the 2025 Highlands Food & Wine (the “Event”) for public broadcast and print and digital distribution. By using your pass/credentials at the Event or attending the Event you grant HFI the irrevocable, perpetual, transferable, sub-licensable, royalty-free right and license throughout the universe to (1) broadcast/stream live, and/or record (by photographs, film, tape, aural devices and any other method or device), you and your attendance (including without limitation your name, voice, image, likeness, actions, participation and performance) (the “Recordings”) at the Event, which may have events sponsored by various sponsors and exhibitors (“Sponsors”); and (2) use, modify, copy, distribute and/or exploit the Recordings for any and all purposes, including, but not limited to, advertising, promotional, editorial and/or commercial trade purposes for and associated with the Event, future Highlands Food & Wine events, HFI and/or the Sponsors, and each of their respective products and services, in any and all media, formats and methods of transmission now known or hereafter developed, without restriction or compensation to you. If you do not wish to be photographed or recorded at the Event for these purposes, including, without limitation, television broadcast, online, and print distribution, you must not attend the Event.
