Chef Carlos Baez is the chef at Mr. Crisp in Greenville, SC, after working at prominent Atlanta restaurants and serving as Chef de Cuisine at The Anchorage. A Le Cordon Bleu graduate, Baez’s cooking is influenced by his Puerto Rican heritage and emphasizes seasonal ingredients, innovative techniques, and a creative touch.
