Hailing from beautiful Barcelona, Spain, I grew up watching my grandmother and mother turn simple local ingredients into magic — no recipes, just intuition, love, and a dash of passion. Those early days in the kitchen taught me that food is about creating moments, sharing stories, and making memories around the table.
In 2003, I took a leap across the ocean to the U.S., eager to share my flavors and make new friends. Cooking became my language of friendship, cooking for others and seeing their smiles turn into new friendships and warm connections.
By 2009, Greenville, SC, became my home, and in 2011, I turned my passion into a catering business — my way to craft unforgettable experiences for events, where every dish helps create lasting memories and every gathering feels like a celebration of life.
Fast forward to 2025, I’m thrilled to team up with my best friend Camilo Franco to open a tapas and wine bar. Our goal? To introduce the Upstate to authentic Spanish tapas and a full Spanish wine list — because great food and wine should always be about enjoying the moment, laughing with friends, and savoring life.
